as u can understand from the title . its been 24 days since i made a huge deposit of 4500 inr here and till date i have not got it here nor the 7 days guaranteed credit which bc has set up have actually credited anything . All my submissions have been done properly all documents bank statements have been provided but till today i have not gotten any response on the 7 days guaranteed credit ( its been 17 days tbh since the submission for 7 days guaranteed credit thing now ) and u guys have limited the messaging to 5 messages on submissions so we cant even message to whats going on and live support is just ur AI thats always telling us ticket is being processed non sense so no point in that i want my money credited here or refunded back to me , i dont know what your 3rd party merchants are doing are they scamming ppl or what and they are not providing any proofs to us which creates more suspicion im posting my details here i want one of u guys to look into it and credit my deposit and i have seen u guys totally ignoring ppl from previous posts and not replying to them hopefully u guys dont do that here

so no one bothers and a mwmber of staff read the post and decides to downvote the thread keep going bcgame with the shennanigans

so as i see now this site and owners have totally been neglecting their vip customers who have been loyal for so long and who have continuosly wagered here with so much amount , been 5 months now ive posted it here , emailed u guys , put queries in ceo inbox feature , your live support is just AI now which never gives a proper resolution , the mods dont have any clue on the matter and non-stop just ask us to put the query in live support i want to know will my query be ever solved or its time to move onto to another site?

This is becoming so embarrassing on bcgames part no resolution no replies

really disappointing how bad of a support this site has now the live support is ai which gives no help on this matter the staff here has hardly checked on my issue nor responded come-on doesn't need 100 days for you guys to solve this at least

hi its been 100 days now and till today my vip host has not been assigned i have emailed , tried using live support ( as we know its just ai response now) have even messaged on telegram now to hosts that were previously assigned ,but ive got nothing its been a month now since i have emailed to support regarding this and till today i have not received any message or even host assigned please help me where is my host @BCGame_Maxim please help

samething has happened to me its been 100 days since my vip host was removed since i was away for 2 weeks ,i always knew the conditions and the 90 days requirement for the host to be assigned again its been 102 days now my wager and other criteria are well above required yet i have not been assigned any host till date nor im getting any response from live support or support via email , i have messaged @BCGame_Maxim on discord regarding it as well today lets see what happens and if i get assigned my host back cause ive literally lost tonne of money now here

@Mary_bcgame ok today is 19th and my wager is around 80k or more now for the last 30 days and clearly my deposits are high as well since im almost in loss of 3 lakh inr in last 10 days alone , so in case of eligibility im damn sure i am eligible for it . So as u said 19th today is when they shud inform

my wager is over 79k usd as i have checked already in the last 10 days alone. @Mary_bcgame and 10 days back on live support carly and alvin had told me the host will be reinstated and contact but as i said nothing is done till now
